Labyrinth have agreed to provide residents with a monthly news letter which will be added to this Website; making the policy and procedure on illegally parked and dumped cars known; ensuring that non-residents including the emergency services are aware of how to gain entry to the flats.

We are also going to be given a figure of approximately how much it costs to run the estate on a monthly basis - we need to ensure that there is enough money in the coffers to at least cover these monthly expenses i.e. security, cleaning, insurance - non-payment of the service charge is not recommended or advocated by the VRA, all of whom are paying either all or a substantial proportion.
